Alright thanks a lot

Just out of curiosity would a 5070ti be noticably better than a 9070xt price for performance without dlss? And rtx

No, not by a significant amount.

Here is a 18 game average at 1440p without any upscaling or RayTracing.

I personally do like DLSS and use it on the quality settings whenever I can with my 4080.

Here is a 6 game average with RayTracing at 1440p.

There's a sale going now for a 9070 XT where I live, and Im wondering mainly if my pc can handle the gpu upgrade if i go for it without changing a lot more

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8mYxXR

TCL 27R83U

I plan to primarily play at 4K but can go down to 2k if some games require it

I have an RM850x with 2 PCIE kables that both kinda pigtail into 2 8pin on the end can I use that instead of 3 seperate cables?

Can PATA be used for PCIE?

Using the pigtails on one of the two cables would be better than using a Molex or SATA adapter. Those adapters add a pretty significant point of failure, and are often quite cheaply made.

As far as your specs are concerned, the 5800X3D with a 9070XT is a solid pairing.

The 9070XT can handle 4K, especially with the help of FSR4, which is very good at 4K. You might even see a performance benefit compared to 1440p Native if you use Balanced or Performance mode upscaling.

The RMx is a top tier PSU with good Pigtail cables 🙂

Its completely safe to use the pigtail cables from an RMx unit, absolutely nothing to worry about.

I used 1 single pigtail to power my 2080 Super with my RM750x, I also currently use the adapter and 1x pigtail and 1x8pin to power my RTX 4080.
