Based on the low cycle count of 53, no, it's not worth replacing. In my experience, it's normal for some batteries to have a "design capacity" of X while their "full charge capacity" is 5-10% lower. Batteries are essentially chemical reactions. As with many chemical reactions, it can be normal for small margins of error to exist. If your battery had 300+ cycles and a "full charge capacity" of less than 35 mWh, then yes, that would indicate it's time to replace the battery or the laptop.
