That looks very good for a basic uni work/notes computer.
However, it depends what you do at works apart from noting stuff.
If I consider it's basic bureaucratic stuff, then yeah, it should be more than fine.
 

However, I saw some instability remarks in the comments, though they can be linked to the Operating System and not to this laptop directly.
