GPU making a weird sound when playing

My GPU (RX 6700 XT ASUS) makes this weird sound 

I know it’s not from the psu since I changed it

it doesn’t do it when it is not being used (on the desktop for example)

but the moment I open a game it starts

it’s not recent 

and it’s not hindering its performance but if there is something I can do about it I would love to know

Coil whine, and the only way to get rid of it is to get a new gpu, I would also try playing with a frame limiter if you play games that are high fps, it might be that too.
