Dual Streaming (PC) Help

Current PC Specification

CPU-Intel 2700K

RAM- (16GB) Corsair Vengeance 1600 mHz DDr3

MoBo-Intel BOXDP67BGB3

HDD- Seagate 1TB 7200RPM

 

I want to make a dual streaming PC and have about $1000 to spend on another PC I was planning on spending 600-800 on the 2nd computer for streaming and then I need to get a new audio setup, maybe an At2035 mic and a mixer. I have good internet spee 108Mbps download and 11 Mbps Upload.

 

What is the best PC for the money and the best audio gear?
