"not responding" in almost all programs while using integrated gpu

My gpu is dying and since i dont want to buy a new one right now i tried using the integrated gpu for the first time. The problem is - whenever i open a program like godot, or other steam games or programs like hwinfo, the program launches, but then stops and isnt responding anymore. I also cannot close those programs - like if i close godot after it isnt responding it still shows up on steam as running. Task manager also doesnt work - it launches but doesnt close any programs when i try it and when i close the task manager itself it also stops responding. That only happens when im using integrated gpu. I tried reinstalling drivers, swapping ram placement and using only one ram stick in each slot. The temps seemed fine when working with the other gpu, cant check now because of the hwinfo not working either, but i dont think thats a problem really. What else could i do to find out whats the problem?
What seems to be working normally: firefox, discord, steam(just the launcher)
What keeps "not responding" : hwinfo, any steam game or app, programs like autocad, task manager

Specs:

Windows 11 64-bit

r5 7600 (trying to use its igpu) - latest drivers as of today

asrock b650m hdv/m.2 - latest bios as of today

2x16gb xpg lancer blade 6400 cl32

adata xpg core reactor 850w

rx6700xt (almost dead - thats why im trying to use igpu)

Any help appreciated

Not responding means the program hangs or is running so slowly that when Windows asks "are you still running?" it, quite literally, does not respond. You can try having a look into Event Viewer, see if there are any errors or warnings that might give a clue.

Did you physically remove the dying GPU from your system, DDU its drivers and install drivers for the iGPU?

Another note is that the iGPU of your CPU is very low-powered. You should not expect to be able to game on it. It is usable for text, worksheet and some desktop usage but not for actual gaming.
