Looking for a handheld console

Hey everyone, 

First of all, im sorry if my English isnt the best, it isnt my main language so ill try to do my best.
Probably next year I have to move out for university reason and I cant take my desktop with me so I was looking for an alternative.
Time ago I was more deep into this topic but lately I lost track of it and I don't know which ones are the ones to look for or to avoid.
Honestly the only thing that I remember is that the Rog Ally used to burn Sd memories and thats basically it.
