Stuttering/ frames dropping

All most all of my games are either stuttering or dropping frames and none of my hardware is spiking, ram is stable temp are below 75c, and everything is up-to-date 

 

I cant seem to locate what is causing this issue

 

ryzen 9 7900x

asrock x670e taichi

ddr5 6000mhz 64gb

rtx 4080 fe

seasonic focus gx-1000

Check for any apps using up your ram, delete any bloatware, delete all temporary files, update your drivers (or reinstall them), check your storage. If you have less than 10-15% of empty space, you might see some performance drops, but this is usually a minor issue. Use MSI Afterburner and make sure you’re using game mode.

Deleted all bloatware storage is at 65% full, and i though gaming mode on windows causes issues all drivers are up to date

Did you ever find a fix?

I am currently having issues myself. Game will drop 1 or 2 frames and the entire game will stutter. No abnormal temps or spikes...

Did you happen to have a fix?

I'm having some similar issues, post available on my profile, it's driving me absolutely nuts to spend a smaller fortune on a computer for it to be basically unusable for it's intended purpose
