Hello so this is my build, https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/ffzjxg, case comes with 3 front fans, and I needed to buy more fans, I was told 1 exhaust was enough, I don't want to spend a kidney, should I get 140MM or 120MM? I saw this one, CORSAIR ML ELITE Series, ML120 LED ELITE, 120mm Magnetic Levitation Blue LED Fan with AirGuide, Single Pack, for 17 bucks but it seemed a bit to good to be true.

If you want them to match, I would get an extra of the same fan that came with the case. Also 1 less software running on the pc

Yeah I had a look but they're bloody expensive, 36 for a fan that gets delivered in a month feels like a straight up scam

Hi buddy,

Fans will lead you down a rabbit hole of misery!

If you don't want / need any flishy-flashy RGB, Artic P12/P14s is all you will need. They are cheap but do the job.

If you want a bit of 'bling' and you don't want to spend 2 arms, 3 legs and a kidney, I found these guys a month or so ago:

They are Lian-Li Uni Inf fan knock-off and while they lack the 'daisy-chain' tech that the Lian-Li's have and the LED arrangement isn't as intricate, they are actually pretty bloody good for the price.

They also come in standard and reverse configurations.

This, Arctic P12/P14, RGB or not, PST (daisy chainable) if possible

Or Thermalright fans, cheap and decent as case fans, but not daisy chainable so may require a splitter

Anyway don't get any non 3pin PWM like some Corsairs or LianLi requiring proprietary plugs and software

Is this one alright? CORSAIR ML ELITE Series, ML120 LED ELITE, 120mm Magnetic Levitation White LED Fan with AirGuide, Single Pack, seems a bit low RPM, aoslo they're 140mm idk why it says 120.
Keep in mind I have 3 front fans and this will be the only exhaust fan

Personally, I'd stay clear of Corsair. As @PDifolco mentioned, Corsair use a proprietary RGB cable and while some of their fans ship with adapters, some don't so you end up needing one of their Commander modules which is an additional expense.

Also, I'm a big fan of limiting the number of 'control utilities' installed and tend to stick with the motherboards implementation where possible. If its an MSI board, I'll use Mystic Light. If its Gigabyte, I'll use RGB Fusion...

Bwah.. They're not ARGB like the TR, they are near as expensive as Noctua Redux that should be better, so  don't seem very good value, but have no personal experience with them
