Switched back to legacy, got him back up and running on windows 10. Couldnt update drivers or check bios he didnt have wifi. I assume the bios needs an update. Or a drive needs to be partitioned. The boot drives weren’t showing in bios without legacy settings

Legacy (CSM) mode will only boot drives formatted with MBR. Too boot in UEFI mode (non-CSM), the bootable drive must be a GPT volume.

You can convert MBR to GPT, but there's always a risk of dataloss; be sure valuable information is backed up first.

Also there's no guarantee sectors will be alighed. Non-aligned sectors for an SSD will dragmatically decrease performance and increase wear. It's easy to check though.
