About gpu voltage problem

hello guys l need help that l got rtx 4050 and my gpu maxiumum is 105 watt, but l cant use it that in normal mode even l cant use 75 watt. l am using with 20 between 40 watt that is not enough for me, can you help me? l think system , bios put the limit. how can l fix it?

What exact rtx 4050 do you have? 

Do you have external power connected to the GPU?
What is your power supply?

 

Could it possibly be that you are running on the iGPU on your CPU?

rtx4050 laptop gpu 110 watt. there is only one gpu on the laptop

Are you on battery power or wall power? 
Check Lenovo app if it not on High Performance mode.. something like that.

for now l am using battery cause of l am not playing anything but when l am playiing game l am using wall power. also i tried every mode in lenovo app  but it didnt help
