Always happy to help, I think to go any deeper into this will require a multimeter and checking all the rails on the modo and testing caps which isn't for everyone but if you did want to go that way feel free to reach out!

When it was running, it was running just normal. No Bugs, No Lags, No Display Errors, neter in BIOS or Windows. 

 

But my "new" Problem is this: I did... "something" while trying a different mobo/psu or at some other point... anyway, NOW it just starts for 1-2 seconds shuts down and starts again. this seems to repeat. 

have you tried removing the motherboard from the case and trying it?

I had an issue once same thing, either nothing or a second or two then off. Turned out something was shorting out against the case.
