Pc dram light on

Hi my pc is on, but won’t post. The Dram light looks like it is on, it turns on immediately when presssing the power button. I tried re inserting both ram sticks and put one ram stick in each slot nothing works. I also tried cleaning the sticks with isopropyl alcohol. It worked before, But I just had to install rewasd and restart my pc then this error occurred. My mother board is the rog strix b650-a

. Please help I’ve been at this for days
