They're normal. Compiling shaders is usually rather CPU intensive, and Ryzen 7000/9000 is famous for running at 95C when under full load. 80C is relatively quite low for that chip.

I need help as my ryzen 9 9900x hits the 80°C while compiling the shaders in moster hunter wilds, the sink that I installed is a Pearless Assassin 140.

No, they are not. Something is OFF.

You have a CPU with TDP 130W, so same as mine Xeon.

You have a Pearless Assassin 140, which is very similar to my Noctua NH-D15.

So I have a ~60°C on a full load, 24/7 on my CPU...you have a ~80°C.

See the test: https://gamersnexus.net/coolers/champ-41-thermalright-peerless-assassin-cpu-cooler-review-benchmarks

I think you need to repaste your CPU & remember, less thinkness is better. So do not be generous with paste!
