I am trying to find a good keyboard (mechanical) and mouse under $50. Here is what I want to get right now. If you find better deals please put them in the comments.

You haven't mentioned what you're using them for, but assuming you're predominantly playing FPS games, you're better off leaving the keyboard and putting your budget towards a better mouse. A mouse has a massive impact on your game; keyboards not so much.

I've never held one, but the addicts at r/MouseReview generally recommend the ATK VXE MAD R as a solid budget mouse. Quality sensor and lightweight. If you'd rather a named brand, Cooler Master (MM710, MM711), Pulsar (some cheaper X series mice can be found for a low price), End Game Gear (OP1) or Steelseries have solid offerings. Can't go wrong with any of them.

On the other hand, if you're not playing FPS games, then consider a better keyboard instead of a mouse. I'd save quite a bit more money. You'll have it for a while, no point putting yourself $30 in the hole for a cheap board when you can save a bit more for a substantially superior keyboard. The ubiquitous recommendation is Keychron. They're not outrageously priced, and there's a size for everyone. Of course, if they're not to your liking, there are still plenty of cheaper and better options available from China.

Your budget is not yet at the point of diminishing returns. If you're in the position to do so, I'd save a bit more rather than blowing it on two relatively worse products. Of course, if you want these, go for them; they're not necessarily bad products, they're very well known. Just know that you can get much more value for your money if you spend a bit more on either one of them.
