EA games not working

Hi whenever I try and open any EA game, it gives me the error "We've noticed your computer is currently offline..." even though my computer is most defiantly online. I have tried resetting the computer, the router, and even reinstalled it on a whole new drive, but nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks, Alex.

 

specs: 

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F   2.10 GHz

Windows 11 Home 

Version 24H2

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
600 watt PSU

installed on a Samsung 990 2 TB
