Budget (including currency): 600-800USD (Cheaper the better)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Generic web surfing, AAA games w/ high resolution (GTA 6, GTA V, Hogwarts Legacy, Baldur's Gate 3, F1 2025), modded minecraft server hosting

Other details: I got the giveaway win of a lifetime at my college, a 5090FE. I have never built a computer before, nor do I really have a good budget for it. I'm not seeking for top of the line, but something that will be able to play games smoothly. I do have a current PC with it's specs here. I know I probably won't be able to make anything work with the 5090, but at least it's good to post? My current case should also work, so I'd prefer to keep that to keep budget down (Coolmaster TD50). I'd like to run 2-3 screens with it, as well!

Thank you so much in advance! I do know it's somewhat sacrilege to go "hey I've got one of the better GPUs on the market and I need to make a relatively mediocre build for it" but it's all I can do right now. It's legit just sitting on my desk in the box collecting dust.
