My uncle just got a new laptop but we have no itnernet conection to create a windows account (and if we have internet conection he wouldnt like that) there is a way to bypass the connect to wifi screen? (yes third world country)

running out of time in library more people need the pc cheking in few hours if not i think we are going to return the product  (fck windows)

Type in console OOBE\BYPASSNRO

let it restart and click "I don't have internet"

Couldn't pass the connect to wifi windows and didnt work sifth+f10
