I havean Alienware Aurora 11 with a Nvidia GeForce RJX 2060 6GB GD DR6 (the original). I would like to get a new one. I don't see a reason to replace my whole computer since it has an Intel i7 chip? I am a pretty serious gamer - any advice on best to swap it with? Thanks!

You would like a new 2060 or a faster GPU? Its not quite clear here.

i7 means nothing, could be a i7-2600k from 2013 for all we know 🙂  More information if possible.

From what I see on Dell's website however, seems to be an i7 10th gen, thats relatively modern-ish.

Do you know if you have the 550w or 1000w Power supply in this system?

It's still a decent CPU, though it's 5 years old now. If it works, maybe you could get a 30,40, or even 50 series GPU (or AMD 9000). Since you're a serious gamer though, I don't know if the CPU will be a problem!

Those Aurora cases are known to be literal hotboxes.

but yea, the main question would be what PSU do you have, but otherwise, 5060ti 16GB, or possibly the 9060xt 16GB that launches June 5th.

Since you are looking to buy a new GPU, avoid all GPUs that have 8GB.
