I do not mind waiting, but I wanted to sanity check myself. I have contacted support already, and understand that world events have impacted shipping and fulfillment operations. 

The final destination is the US east coast.

On Mar 31, I placed an order and understood that it was a preproduction sale as part of the order contained the April fool's merch. I left it alone until may 13th, when I got a shipping confirmation. Two days later (may 15th) the wizmo portal said that the package has departed the terminal. There have not been any further updates. 


According to Canada post, the information has been submitted, but they don't have the package. According to USPS, "Label created, not yet in system."

Could there have been a customs payment email I've missed or am I just being impatient?

Before it was up to 9 days. But at the moment, we really don't know. There have been couple of threads about US packages being send back because US customs don't know how to deal with them.
