Hi guys, anyone has any idea what kind of lenses can achieve this type of footage?

I have tested various lenses on my Sony a7iii and I can’t seem to find the “correct one” that can perform such sharp but yet “unfocused” footage.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depth of field is adjustable on any lens by adjust the f stop. The lower the number the less the depth of focus, that is, the area that appears to be in focus.

At f1.8 you get less depth of focus than taking the same photograph at f32.

If your really interested, I  recommend any number of books that are written for beginner photographers, that go into more and better detail. I recommend books on photography instead of videography (for all intents and purposes, photographs taken continuously) as the very few that I've glanced thru talk more about moving the camera around.

There are also a number of excellent web sites that may prove informative. A site that I'm familiar with is exposureguide.com , but I know that there are many others.
