9950x3d Voltages?

I've been messing around with PBO settings. what are normal safe voltages that I should be watching out for when using MSI PBO presets? What is too high? Are there are fail safes in place for higher voltages to prevent overvolting your cpu with PBO? How safe is MSI PBO presets? I was using presets such as gameboost.

Ive got PBO enabled. Test different voltages to see what works for you.
