Opiplex 3020 MT problems

Basically i got this optiplex 3020 with 2 hdd and 1 ssd but when i swapped the case it suddenly decided one of my hdd (wich was the one on the third slot) didnt want to work again.

I tried again and again the hdd works, the cable works the sata port is clean, its just that in the bios it says there are only 2 slots (wich again does make any sense) and in windows in disk management it says there are only the hdd and ssd not the second ssd.
Any idea what is the problem here?
