Budget (including currency): $2k USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk 2077, Adobe Photoshop, adobe Premiere, Software development (VS code, MySQL, docker, etc)

Other details

I currently don't have a PC, only a Macbook that's been really slow for normal tasks. This is not my first PC build, but want to have one to edit media using Photoshop and Premiere. I also want it for gaming, and maybe some software development. For GPU I'm thinking of buying a 2 year old 3070 ti from a friend for $400 USD, he has been using it for gaming. Currently I have 2 monitors, one of them is Dell S2722QC 27-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) Monitor, 60Hz, 8MS. Maybe I'll buy a better one down the road.

Does it look good? Any recommendations?

The 7800x3D is a great gaming cpu but not so great at productivity. I would look at the 9700X.

This board gives you PCIe 5.0 for the gpu and SSD. ATX 3.1 psu for this gpu. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of this case for an exhaust fan.
