Hello! I just built a PC and after a bit of difficulty getting the wifi drivers working, everything was going fine. A few days ago, the keyboard just stopped working in the middle of using it. I've tried "checking for hardware changes", different keyboards, different USB ports, to no avail. I also purchased the nicer version of Outbyte Driver Updater and installed the hotkey keyboard class filter whatever drivers. But the actual keyboard drivers, when I can actually see them, always have  a "!" next to them. If I click on them it is "Code 1" and tells me to reinstall them. When I do, the drivers where missing an important entry and could not be installed properly. They then disappear. After trying a few other things, I did a factory reset. The first time it didn't help because I forgot to tell it to wipe my files and settings. I did it again  with a total wipe and I clicked "set up as new PC" instead of transfering files and settings but it still seemed like I had the same copy of Windows as my wifi and GPU drivers were still there and neither keyboards were functioning. The same thing happened as before in device manager. I then went to "updates" and installed a new "repair" version of windows but still the keyboards do not work. Does anybody know how to fix this issue? There are no specific drivers for either keyboard (a cheap dierya keyboard from Amazon and an ancient Logitech K120) on their manufacturers websites. Kinda desparate 😞
