Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently use a 1070 ti and 2600x (other details aren't really important). Upgrading to 4060 ti and 5800x and other various components but I'd just like to know if this is a good combination and would work well with my budget / games I like.

Isn't the 7600 a little weak for the 7800 xt? if its not a concern then that seems pretty good overall, thanks!

Not at all. The 7600 runs neck and neck with the Ryzen 7 5700x3D.

oh alright its just bottleneck calculator said it would be a 7% bottleneck on cpu intense tasks but I suppose that doesn't matter much, thanks for your help!
