Budget (including currency): $2,000 AUD~

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk, Elden Ring, RDR2, Marvels Spiderman 2 and really whatever AAA games that come out.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently use a 1070 ti and 2600x (other details aren't really important). Upgrading to 4060 ti and 5800x and other various components but I'd just like to know if this is a good combination and would work well with my budget / games I like.

Thanks in advance

Isn't the 7600 a little weak for the 7800 xt? if its not a concern then that seems pretty good overall, thanks!

Not at all. The 7600 runs neck and neck with the Ryzen 7 5700x3D.
