Budget (including currency): 4K USD like to make it 3k - 3,500 tho

Country:  USA

System:

Case is not on PCPP:

So here is my build; I'd like to get some feedback, and I'm focusing on gaming, 3D modeling, and streaming. I want to get a good GPU, but wow, the prices are high. Do you have any better suggestions or price ideas?

Aint getting any lower soon. I would recommend looking at getting a 5070Ti instead though especially if that 3D Modelling is where most of your productivity is on. CUDA and Optix is unbeatable in productivity compared to OpenCL and ROCm.

Swap to this PSU and RAM instead.

You want an Nvidia card for streaming and 3D modelling.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/guides/broadcasting-guide/

ATX 3.0 / 3.1 psu for these RTX 50XX cards due to the power adapter. Both this gpu and psu down below fit that case according to the Amazon link. SSD w/DRAM cache and a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the graphics card seeing how these RTX 50XX cards also support PCIe 5.0.
