I would get either a 5070 ti or a 9070 xt instead of the 5070.

So does this mean you have a PC already in hand?

Tell me the spec.

I really do think that its a good time to ditch ship and sell the PC off for about 700-600 USD then. PSU will also be a limiting factor.

I wouldn't be against selling it at all, just not sure how to since I've never sold any used electronics

Well depends on what the state of your local market looks like. In major city youre most likely looking at Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, and someone will snatch it for you after some haggle.

In more rural or lower buying power areas your best bet is going to be online, which means you have to also think of packing materials. Your computer case is a good start but its not going to be enough to withstand the weight and sway of a fully assembled computer. You'll need to get a good quality packing foam to lock up the inside, and possibly wood crating for the outside. Ebay and Jawa is a good start on that.
