I've got a new security system DVR and it didn't come with an internal drive. I went to move the old system internal drive over and the power connectors are different, and trying to find an adapter is driving me crazy. The old one is standard Molex, the new one is 4 pin, but they're larger than I've seen. Attached photos for reference. Help?

It would be worth checking some technical documents for that unit, the 4 pin might just be the same pinout as a molex but using a more compact motherboard header.

I'd recommend adding what model this unit is to let us better figure this out.

It looks like a floppy drive power connector. Most PSUs still have one of these along the Molex 4 pins. If you don't have one, this kind of adapter is really affordable : https://www.amazon.ca/Kentek-Floppy-Internal-Computer-Adapter/dp/B07KS5NHTC

To be safe, take time to check the polarity of the wires before using any adapter. A fried card isn't fun to repair if it is repairable at all.
