gaming Gaming laptop selection

Hi,
I hope the one reading this is doing well. I want to buy a rtx 4060 laptop in saudi arabia and there were some asuf tuf with rtx 4060 and ryzen 7435HS but 7435 does not have an integrated gpu and thus bad battery life. Other new options i saw were MSI Stealth 14 AI (rtx 4060 and Intel Core Ultra 7 155H) and MSI Pulse 16 (rtx 4060 and Intel Core Ultra 9 185H). I am not familiar with these laptop so can anyone tell me about these two laptops cooling and if anyone knows if their watt is limited.

My budget is 5000 Saudi Riyal so laptop here are little bit expensive.

Personally, I do not want the 14 inch and would prefer MSI Pulse 16 over it because of the screen size although I am not familiar with the performance and cooling of the Pulse.
