I was given a laptop from brother its his work laptop his bosses brother gave him that. it was a corporate laptop . it was causing a issue where google drive was not working which he needed for work after a while i discovered sential one was causing the issue i disabled it now it wouldn’t let me login as i discovered it also stores username and password i don't have local admins password the laptop has bit defender on it i tried using a usb boot to get data out and reinstall but its didnt boot now i am stuck on what to do how to fix this??? i tried going into safe mode and fix startup option that didnt work either it ask for a recovery key

Sorry, we can't help you with this. You'll have to ask your brother to ask his company to release the laptop from their management systems.
