Weird error

Hi, I've just discovered a weird thing when my friend tries to press capslock. Basically the whole keyboard is going nuts. Like alt shift ctrl and all of them are pressed at the same time. Any ideas why this might occur? but only when he presses caps to turn it on. When he turns caps off everything is working as it should be.image.thumb.png.5aa8656cb705dc1c38d73c767344c6cb.png

is it the same with a different keyboard/ keyboard viewing program?

It persist with different keyboard, I also tried with a different user but still the same thing.

when I have time I'll check to see if its the same on my pc.
