Hi guys,

i recently finished my new build:

  • 7600x3d,
  • sapphire 9070xt pulse,
  • msi b850 gaming plus wifi,
  • rm750x psu,
  • 2x16gb kingston fury 6000 CL30 and
  • 2tb sn770)
  • Peerless Assassin 140
  • Phanteks XT ulra pro

My problem is, it wont even boot. I tried replacing components but (i ordered a new mb, new psu, new ram and new ssd). The pc is starting and spinning fans, while before i replaced the components my gpu fans spinned but now they dont anymore. I tried cmos clear, i flashed the bios but nothing is happening at all. I waited several minutes to start 3-10 minutes, but nothing happens at all. I attached some pictures to show how I connected everything, but I cant seem to understand the issue. Also while it wont show up anymore, first time I tried to build it (with replaced components), I had the window with "F1 to run setup...", but it was stuck there, I couldnt click anything and it didnt do anything.

Can someone help me with this?

Try booting with only 1 stick in DIMM2. Rotate sticks to test both. You have EZ Debug LEDs, What LED stays on when you power it on? CPU, DRAM, VGA, BOOT?

I tried but it still wont boot. Both the CPU and DRAM LED stay on while it turns on 😕

Most likely there is something wrong with the CPU.

  • Start by clearing the CMOS memory.
  • Check all cables and connectors (especially the EPS that plug near the CPU.
  • Check for bent pins in the socket and make sure the CPU is mounted with correct and even pressure.
  • Did you check if the current BIOS supports your CPU ? It may be time to upgrade your BIOS with M-flash. Then clear the CMOS memory afterwards.
  • If the CPU light is still lighting up, you probably have a bad CPU. Time to get it tested on another computer or return for an exchange.

Good luck !
