These temps cannot be good.

So, i have had my pc for about 5 years now. About a year and a half ago i upgraded some stuff including my cooling system, cpu and motherboard, went from 2 frontal fans to 3.
I now have 3 frontal fans and 1 on the back.
I have a MSI RTX 3080 Gaming Z Trio LHR and a AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. 

For my cooling i have a: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 A-RGB (I'm about 99% sure i can't find the box or receipt)

 

Now heres my concerns, while idle my temps are as followed:
GPU: 59°C Steadily Both Fans spinning at ~1400 RPM

CPU: ~60°C Fan spinning at ~1400 RPM

 

By idle i mean im just browsing firefox and having discord and spotify open.

Now as soon as i go into a game, in this example Valorant, on not too high settings my temps are:

GPU: ~80°C Both fans spinning at 2050 RPM

CPU: ~75°C Fan spinning at 1800 RPM

Ive seen my CPU go up to 85-90 before in some cases.

 

Either my thermometers are all broken or there is something wrong with my cooling.

when have your reapplied the thermal paste.

All looks good to me   The 3080's are known to run warm so 80c during gaming is not out of the ordinary.

CPU temps looks good as well for a 7900x.

Browsing firefox, discord and spotify is not true idle so 60c on the 7900x is to be expected, even with a 420mm AIO.

I posted 2 videos you should watch a bit further down in the thread. They will explain your high 7900X CPU temps.

75c while gaming is excellent and 85-90c is also expected while gaming.

one and a half year is not a long time for paste.  Reapplying should make no difference.

For an M.2, average operating temp is between 50-70c.

Your 1TB is running a bit warm but nothing dangerous.

They will really explain everything you need to know about the 7900x and the temps you are seeing  

 

My 7700x and 9800X3D does the same as yours.

No Problem  

I see nothing wrong or dangerous with your setup at all.

Expected behaviour from GPU and CPU.
