The way those debug LEDs work is that during that part of the POST procedure, that LED lights up so if something goes wrong during that part of the POST procedure and the system gets stuck, that LED stays lit indefinitely and you know what to troubleshoot first. It's normal for the them to come one as the system is turning on, either one by one or in some sort of combination depending on how the motherboard is setup (most ASRock boards I've used will have the CPU and DRAM lights go on at the same time, for instance).

That said, can you give full system specs so we can have an idea of what's going on instead of having to guess from photos, and the million dollar question: does the system even turn on?

Don't forget the time it takes for the memory training to take place.  Mine took quite a while so I just left it on over night.  When I woke up the next day, it was all done and everything was fine, good to go.

Take care and good luck.

Thanks I’ll definitely try that

I meant more if you could get an image on display. Right now, since you don't have a monitor connected, you really can't tell if it's actually doing anything or not. Wait till you get everything connected before deciding that the system has issues.

I was able to try later on I tried on my tv and monitor but never got a signal so I assume it’s somthing with the motherboard
