This started after the powered supply for it sparked. Is this a power issue or is it all dead now? Couldn't find others with this issue

That doesn't sound good at all.  I have had quite a few G25s and G27's over the years.

Is it not being detected in windows at all?

I fear that to rule out the power supply issue is to test with another power supply. That can be harder to find than expected.
