freezing and restarting problem

pc specs:

r5 4600g

2x8 ddr4 ram

msi b450m pro-vdh max

one day i was just playing and then it froze for like a few seconds then restarted, i thought it was a one time thing but no it kept doing it over and over, sometimes it wouldnt for a long time, sometimes it would right after start up, i restarted bios but it still continued, i check the reliability history and all the errors were "windows did not shut down properly" and windows has stopped working, i check the details and it says it was rebooted from a bugcheck, and the bugcheck is this "0x000000d1 (0xffffa308a9d74e98, 0x000000000000000b, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8062c0ffdc0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\022225-17625-01.dmp. Report Id: 09844397-2272-4a23-a237-75c51840fd4c" and i dont understand, i have surface level knowledge about tech, only been in this stuff for a year, help asap cuz this is truely pissing me off.
