B2 Memory Slot not working.

Recently I bought new DDR5 RAM same one from the same manufacturer, but I’m running into issues, I placed the memory in and there’s just no display. It’s a 16GB and I don’t know what the issue is, I Hope I didn’t break no Pins or anything but it just doesn’t seem to display Everytime I insert the Ram inside.

Use the B2 slot, not B1 since you already have a stick in A2.

that’s the Slot I’m trying to use but there’s just no display.
