So i finally got linux mint working on my laptop.

 

So I need a virus scanner for scanning windows drives using usb dock so far i found clam seems ok

 

Network tool to show me who is using a network. I got angry ip scanner  so far so good

 

USB live creator im using the included USB writer.

 

So any preferences on what i can use instead of these.

You don't need AV if you not do stupid crapware browsing, installing etc. Otherwise if something goes wrong and your network drive files goes crypted this mean you have curvehands.dll.

Ventoy will be better choice if you need various OS, Bootable recovery systems.
