Sounds like a fan rubbing against something or a faulty fan bearing.

Remove the sidepanel and try to locate where the sound is coming from.

okey, sounds like the noise is coming from the top left one, i flipped them yesterday because both of them where blowing air out and there is no other fan thats blow in the air. Maybe i did something then.

Another question my cpu is at 80-100 when gaming, and the cooler and paste comes next Friday, can I play anyways or should I just wait to next week

Are there no fans in the front as intake?

What CPU is it?  90c is okay short term but I would say 97c is uncomfortable.

I would personally wait.

Remove the sidepanel and see if the temperatures drop a little.

You might be able to play like that for a week.

something noctua 1600

Okay.

I would personally wait.  95c is too hot for comfort.

If the fan on the CPU cooler is working then any noctua cooler would be able to keep the 9700k low enough in temp.

I hope that is the issue and you get it fixed with the new cooler.

Both fans are spinning when the computer is on, but does it look right on the video? Both fans sitting the right way?

is your cooler capable of being turned a full 1/4 rotation so that the exhaust blows out the rear?

I am not sure but it looks like it Will hit the ram if I rotate it

This is the correct way the Noctua cooler should be.

You can lift the fan of the cooler up slightly if its hitting the RAM.

Just unhook the metal clips on the side and move it up until it clears the RAM.

Pull it up. It will require quite a lot of force.   Probably more than you feel comfortable with.

I usually use a screwdriver to help unhook it so I dont hurt my finger.

timed it.
