Windows OOBE issue

Hi All,

 

I started my laptop today and after loging in it went to screen "Get personalized offer from Windows". 

 

After clicking no, I get a system message do I want OOBE to make changes to my PC, to which I click No - I get an error. 

 

Can you please let me know what is this and how to solve it?

You can try searching OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE in your Windows search.

OOBE means Out Of the Box Experience and is a serious annoyance. It is supposed to be a tools that allows you to personalize Windows after installation but is riddled with meaningless issues and bugs as far as I'm concerned.
