I'm brand new here, so I'm not entirely sure how this forum thing works, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I currently have a ROG Flow X13 laptop/tablet and I've run into a bit of a crippling issue. My computer went through updates the other day and following installation and shutdown, my laptop would turn on but the screen would not. I spent a good chunk of yesterday at a tech shop that tried to help me troubleshoot. We did a full reinstall of windows 11 64bit, reinstalled and updated all drivers from the asus website, MyAsus, Armoury Crate, and NVidia app. Sadly none seemed to work.

I can still use the computer when it's hooked up to a secondary monitor and this did happen before about a year ago, but I was able to resolve the issue with a combination of OS reinstallation, bios reset to default followed by driver updates. It has been working just fine up until a day ago when it went through another update, only this time before visiting the tech store I was unable to see the bios screen, even when a secondary monitor. After the visit I WAS able to access the bios with a secondary monitor and set to default. This, along with software and firmware being up to date, unfortunately has not worked.

Is there any suggestions or guidance that someone could recommend? The tech shop in both instances (including the ASUS service centre here in Chiang Mai) claimed that the screen was dead. But, as mentioned before, I was able to get it back up and running and it worked up until this point, so I have a bit of hesitancy in believing that the screen is, in fact, dead.
