Also, does anyone have serious issues with ASRock Mobos?

dude, i have the ASRock Fatality b85 killer motherboard. I'm running my 4670k on 4.4ghz without a single problem. I payed around 80€ for that mobo (was on budget) and it comes with exellent audio+ decent NIC plus, i got good looks and overclock.

Don't get fooled by what you read in the internet. ~You don't need z87/z97's for gamming. People tend to confuse gamming with pc-enthusiast and b85 is ok as long as the board you get gives you decent components and build quality. Also, ASRock has very good boards.

B85 has more sata3 and usb3.0 ports natively. H81 is barebones. All the major mobo makers released their own OC BIOS' for B85 late last year. How tight is the budget ?

Asrock is fine, they were ahead of MSi last year in sales! must be doing something right.

i3-4170, H81 board, 8GB DDR3, Crucial M4, GTX 770, Xigmatek Vangaurd Case, Creative Titanium X-fi, Razer Carcharias, 500w PSU, 24" VA panel and a 42" IPS. Thinking about getting a plant.
