PSP GO Issues

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a PSP Go and it is having some weird issues. When I power on the device, the speakers make no noise and none of the buttons seem to work. I have done everything I can to try and get it to work but nothing helps. I have not taken it apart because I am still working with the seller to see if I can get a refund. Has anyone has an issue similar to this? If so, how did you fix it? Any help or advice is appreciated.

if you can get a refund you could get a rog ally there from $300-$499
