I messed up

so while trying to put in the command "--runtime=nvidia" so I could make it where my jellyfin could use my nvidia GPU I hit enter... unbeknownst to me that will just flat delete jellyfin. Is there any way to restore it? 

If the answer is no, I tried to redownload it and set it back up but now I get this:image.png.160aa8bc1e74487b72bf05c5276790a1.png

 

The files are the same and I'm assuming because the video files are showing up in the new jellyfin I have selected the correct file path but am a little lost as to why this would be happening when it was just working.
