Pc keeps black screening

My pc keeps black screening almost every time I play a game for over 5 minutes. The lights stay on the computer and the fans stay running, but there’s no signal out to my monitor. I am not sure what it is. I tried looking up online and no help. Any tips or help?

Would check cable first, I've got a DP to HDMI that's been slowly losing functionality, but works just fine about 90% of the time.
