AMD Catalyst Manager

I am having some problems with my Catalayst Manager to update Driver to 13.12 . 

 

Got Windows Vista SP 2 - 64 bit

Graphic card: Sapphire HD 7950, before this i had 4890.

 

This is the error:

I can't find my Catalyst Manager in my computer and when i try to install it, it doesn't load at this screen:

First of all, you should tell us some specs (Exact card, operating system, have you installed all updates for it etc.).

Second, why do you want to install an driver from last year? I recommend 14.6 beta or, if you are not willing to install beta drivers, 14.4.

Use DDU in safemode to remove the every fukken files, registry entry and trash from AMD drivers. Then try reinstall the driver.

Looks like the installation file is corrupt, asuming you are really using a 64bit version of Windows, as you said.

Try downloading it once again, or try using Catalyst 14.4.

 

AMD dropped Windows Vista support a few driver versions ago, but you should be able to install the drivers nonetheless. You might as well try to unpack the installer using 7zip or WinRAR.

Try download the file using download manager like Free Download Manager.

You should upgrade windows 8.1 or least to windows 7

First, you should change operating system. I understand if you like vista but truth is, windows 7 or win 8.1 will work alot better with your hadware.

 

-Download DDU, as xAcid said.

-Run ddu and clean+reboot amd drivers

-after boot, reinstall fresh amd drivers (latest available for your setup)

-Tell us if it worked
