buying a new cpu

should i choose the Intel Core i7 14700F or Intel Core i5 14600KF im looking to do really everything editing hardcore gaming and really just run my pc through hell so wich one should i get i have a rtx 3070 ti and if you can help me find a new mobo as well cause rn stuck with z390 a different socket
