Budget (including currency): Budget here is not an issue

Country: France

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming/Streaming (Cyberpunk , League of Legends , Fortnite , Elden Ring)

My current build :

Ryzen 9 5900x

B450 AORUS ELITE

32GB (4x8) CORSAIR VENGENCE LPX CL16 @ 3200mhz

4070ti Gaming OC V2

RM750W from CORSAIR

Recently , I decided to upgrade my GPU from a 3060ti to a 4070ti. With that , I've decided that I wanted to buy a new case as the 4070ti is barely fitting inside of my current one.

I found a new case and also wanted to try mounting the GPU vertically , because why not , it has RGB and it could look cool. I'm also going to upgrade my AIO from a 240mm one to a 360mm one.

Recently , CPU prices have dropped like crazy and I've been eyeing a Ryzen 5 7600x to make the big jump to AM5 as well as DDR5 , but is it really worth it ?

I also want to make the switch from 1080p to 1440p in the near future , but my main concern now is should I upgrade the CPU , MOBO and RAM or is it not worth it just yet and maybe I should wait for either some crazy sells or for even newer components ?

Unless you're currently having a bad experience, no, don't upgrade. Only upgrade when the experience you're having actually starts to become unacceptable to you.

Going from 1080p to 1440p will make you more GPU-limited and therefore make your CPU matter less, making it even less necessary to upgrade.
