Budget (including currency):  30k INR ( I am on a tight budget)

Country:  India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  I work in cyber security and I need to perform a lot of tests and for that I need to run a lot of VM'S, I'll be running windows as host and will run VM's using Hyper-V (feel free to suggest alternatives).

I do not game a lot, once a week I play either GTA 5 or RDR2.

Other details:  Currently I am using a laptop with i7 10th gen with Nvidia mx350 graphics, I also have macbook air m1 and I'll be giving my windows laptop to my sister once I get my PC.

I have found a reputed and trusted website which good prices and they do assembly PC'S and ship them.

Below are the parts I have selected.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G Processor - 16 threads would be very helpful in running multiple vms at the same time (CPU is taking 50% of the budget)

MSI B450M-A Pro Max II AMD mATX Motherboard - I know B450 is quite old and doesn't support pcie 4 but I do not plan to upgrade pc or add a 40 series GPU anytime soon so it seems perfect to me. - 4.5 k

G skill 16gb x2 DDR4 3200Mhz - 3k

Gigabyte P650SS 650W 80 Plus Silver ATX Power Supply - This is for future proofing, in case I plan to add 3050, 1 year later then I wouldn't have to change the PSU.  - 4.5k

SSD - Crucial 500GB SATA just for OS, once I get the pc I will install my old 1 TB NVME as well as 2 sata HDD 1 TB each. - 2k

ZEBRONICS ROBUST Premium Gaming Chassis with support for mATX | Mini ITX, Wraparound Tempered Glass, 120mm Multicolor LED Ring Fans, Top Magnetic Dust Filter, 3 Fans Included (Black) - 2 fans on top and 1 at back -K 2 https://www.amazon.in/ZEBRONICS-Wraparound-Tempered-Multicolor-Black/dp/B0CZ48ZXVW?th=1

Cabinet is something I am not very sure about, I want to guyz to tell me if this cabinet will be a good choice with 5700g, could it cause thermal issues?

Also if I plan to add 3050 later, will that be okay.

Please let me know if I should go ahead with this or not?

I do not plan to upgrade anything for atleast 2 years, only thing I might consider is 3050 but that to a year later.

This my first time researching and building a PC, please feel free to add any suggestions.
